Calisthenics at the Monash gym

The gym in the Monash Sports Centre is truly amazing, spacious, cozy and all the well-maintained facilities, even with a pair of gymnastic rings. Thanks go to Ball who introduced me here and filmed this assisted one-arm pull up......but should have filmed the full 6 reps!
